  • Eggs: 4 large eggs
  • Spices & Herbs: 1 tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp dried thyme, ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper, ¾ tsp kosher salt (plus more to taste)
  • Other: 3 tbsp olive oil (divided), 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Step 1:
