01 - In a large bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, bread flour, active dry yeast, light brown sugar, and fine sea salt until evenly blended.
02 - Pour warm water and neutral oil into the dry mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
03 - Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Gradually knead chopped walnuts, pecans, and hazelnuts into the dough until evenly distributed.
