05 - 5 ounces cooked chicken breast, thinly sliced (grilled or roasted)

# Step-by-Step Guide:
01 - Evenly spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella over each of two slices of sourdough bread.
02 - Arrange the sliced brie over the Nutella, then top with the thin slices of cooked chicken breast.
03 - Place fresh arugula or baby spinach if desired, and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the layers.
04 - Cover with the remaining two slices of bread to form the sandwiches.
